  • Do you accept Amazon returns?

    The short answer is no. The big monopoly (Amazon) forces us to send you to The UPS Store severly inconveniencing you and hurting our customer service! 


    Fear not, we have a workaround. Click here for details. 

  • Can you package my items to ship?

    Yes, we can package your items for you. We offer a Pro-Pack Guarantee which provides assurance that your package will be packed properly. If a package arrives at its destination damaged, and there was insurance purchased on the shipment we packed, then Postal Solutions will refund the insured value of the contents plus packing and shipping costs.

  • Can you send a FAX for me?

    Yes, we can send your FAX. Domestic FAX numbers are $1.50 + $0.20 per page. International FAX numbers are $5.00 + $0.20 per page. You will receive a FAX confirmation page after the FAX is successfully sent. 

  • What is the largest size of scan you can do?

    We can scan up to 11×17 size sheets. 

  • Can you laminate my copies?

    We can laminate up to 8 1/2 x 11 sizes with same day service.
